Thank you so much for all of your help, support & patience with the Nottingham Craft Mafia this year. We know it’s been a bit of a roller coaster ride this year with lots of changes happening but we want to let you know that your support has kept us going.

2011 will be bringing muchos adventure and happenings in and around Nottingham so please stick with us and help us make the NCM even bigger and better!

However, FEAR NOT! This does not mean the end of the Nottingham Craft Mafia, it will be the start of a brand new fresh and exciting mafia with 2011 bringing muchos to get excited about!

Apologies to everyone who has been fabulous and responded to our relaunch in October but doe to the shop no longer being part of us now we have had to re-think our membership plan and start a shiny new plan for 2011.

Nottingham Craft Mafia’s main aim for 2011 is to encourage and promote craft throughout Nottingham and beyond by bringing together a wide variety of artists and makers to create, enjoy, share and promote craft, through social crafting events or by organising regular fairs.

We want to make sure that everyone who wants to find out more about crafting in and out of Nottingham can do, and will do through us…. so come and join the family!

Membership will be FREE to start with in 2011 so please do come along to our monthly socials, follow us on facebook and twitter and feel free to contact us about events, workshops and other creative happenings around Nottingham.

The Creative Greenhouse Christmas Gift Shop

A wealth of unique, affordable and locally made gifts will adorn the gallery in the run up to Christmas.

Whether you’re looking for some special things for your true love, buying for family and friends or just spoiling yourself, come and choose your presents early this year and get Christmas all wrapped up!

Everything on sale is designed and made by artists and craftspeople from Nottinghamshire and Derbyshire who are members of the Creative Greenhouse; a rapidly growing network and resource for creative businesses.

Artists will be around at various times throughout the exhibition demonstating their particular making skills.

A launch party to celebrate phase one of the development of Hopkinson Gallery, tearooms and studios over the past year, with open studios, exhibitions, live music and entertainment throughout the evening! Come on own and join the fun!
